Simply put, tapping is like Acupuncture without needles.
With tapping, you use your fingertips to gently tap on acupressure points on your body. This causes an automatic relaxation response. Simultaneously, we focus your mind on the underlying problem trigger. Your brain then learns to re-associate the problem trigger with a relaxed state of mind instead of a stressed one. If you’re familiar with the Pavlov’s Dogs experiment, this will make complete sense to you.
